Private or Semi-Private Performance Coaching & Choreography
Individualized training that complements the training you already love.
Great athletes don’t stop learning - they find opportunities to keep growing.
At Radiate, private and semi-private coaching is designed to supplement the training students are already receiving, whether that training happens at Radiate or another studio. Our goal is never to replace a student’s home program or coach. Instead, we provide additional one-on-one attention, focused skill development, and performance opportunities that can complement their existing training.
Whether you’re looking to clean up a skill, build strength and confidence, prepare for competition, or get extra attention during a busy season, private coaching gives athletes the opportunity to work intentionally toward their individual goals.

-
Any current Radiate athlete in any of our programs is welcome to take private skill coaching to get more one on one attention and individualized skill development plans.
Choreography packages are also available to our athletes that would like to perform solos, duos, or trios in our recitals throughout the seasons.
-
Your coach knows your athlete. We want to help them shine.
Radiate is committed to supporting the dance and performance community—not competing with it.
If your child already trains at another studio or program, they are welcome here. We believe athletes benefit from having multiple opportunities to learn, receive individualized attention, and develop their skills.
We are happy to work alongside your athlete's existing coaches and instructors when appropriate. With your permission, we can communicate about goals, skills being developed, and areas where additional training may be helpful.
Our goal is simple:
Give athletes more opportunities to grow while supporting the coaches and programs that are already investing in them.
-
At Radiate, we believe your dance journey doesn’t have to end when you graduate high school or college. Movement has the power to bring joy, connection, confidence, and vitality throughout every season of life. Whether you’re 20 or 80, we believe there is a place for you in dance.
We’re excited to offer private dance coaching for adults of all ages and experience levels. Whether you’re trying dance for the very first time, returning to something you loved years ago, or looking to continue growing as a dancer, we’ll meet you where you are and help you take the next step in your journey.
Private choreography packages are also available for adults who would like to perform in our recitals or pursue individual competition opportunities in adult dance divisions.
Please note: Adult tumbling lessons are not currently offered.
Performance Coaching Prices
Every athlete begins with an Initial Performance Evaluation designed to give us a complete picture of where they are in their skill acquisition and what they need to continue progressing safely and confidently.
The first session is 60 minutes and includes a comprehensive assessment of:
Movement Quality — How the athlete moves and executes foundational patterns
Mobility & Stability — The mobility and control needed to support skill development
Overall Strength — Identifying strengths and areas that may need additional development
Skill Progression — Assessing current skills and where the athlete is within their progression
Goal Development — Establishing clear, individualized goals for future sessions
This evaluation allows us to look beyond a single skill and understand the bigger picture—helping us create intentional training that supports the athlete's goals and continued progression.
-
After the initial evaluation, future sessions are customized to the athlete's goals and can include skill development, technique refinement, strength and mobility work, performance quality, competition preparation, and more.

Performance Choreography
Bring your vision to life.
From a first solo to a competition routine, choreography should do more than fill a stage—it should showcase the athlete.
Radiate offers original choreography for dance, acrobatics, and tumbling routines, created around the athlete's strengths, personality, skill level, and performance goals.
Competitive solo choreography packages are available for those that want to compete in dance competitions as individuals, not through the studio. Radiate Studio is not a competition studio, but you are welcome to compete as individuals should you want to compete. Competing as an individual gives you the freedom to choose what competitions you compete in and how many. Be sure to check all competition rules
Whether you need a complete routine or help developing a piece around skills you already have, choreography sessions are designed to create a routine that feels authentic to the performer while maximizing their strengths.
