Foundations
(Ages 7-10 or Complete Beginners)
Lyrical & Contemporary Foundations introduces dancers to the fundamental concepts of lyrical and contemporary movement. Students will explore musicality, emotional expression, fluid movement, and basic floor work while continuing to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. This class encourages creativity and confidence while building the technical foundation necessary for future growth in these styles.
Each class is 45 minutes long.
Class is based on a monthly tuition price of $69.00/month.

Progressions
(Ages 9-12 or have passed Foundations)
Lyrical & Contemporary Progressions builds upon foundational skills while introducing more complex movement patterns, artistry, and performance concepts. Dancers will continue developing technical strength, flexibility, control, and movement quality while exploring emotional storytelling, musical interpretation, floor work, and dynamic movement. Emphasis is placed on both technical development and artistic expression as dancers grow in confidence and versatility.
Each class is 45 minutes long.

Advanced
(Ages 13 -18 or have passed Progressions)
Lyrical & Contemporary Advanced is designed for experienced dancers seeking to further refine their technical ability, artistry, and performance quality. Students will explore advanced movement concepts, musical interpretation, emotional storytelling, floor work, improvisation, and dynamic choreography. This class challenges dancers to deepen their connection to movement while developing the strength, control, and versatility required for advanced lyrical and contemporary dance.
Each class is 45 minutes long.
