Founded by a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 15 years of dance instruction experience and 5 years coaching acrobatics and tumbling, our instruction is grounded in both science and experience, helping students build strength, technique, and confidence safely. What truly makes us different, however, is our heart. We intentionally create an environment where character is developed alongside talent, encouraging every student to lead with integrity, work hard, support for others, a love for their community, and a strive for excellence in every area of life.

Unbound x Radiate Performance Lab
Designed and instructed by sports-focused Doctors of Physical Therapy from Unbound Physical Therapy & Performance, these classes help dancers and athletes improve strength, mobility, flexibility, stability, balance, and power while reinforcing proper movement mechanics.
Radiate Technique Lab
Great athletes aren't built by choreography or tricks alone—they're built through strong fundamentals. Our Radiate Technique Series is a dynamic 30-minute training series that spotlights one essential foundation of all movement each month: mobility & flexibility, balance & stability, jumps & power, or turns & control. Through focused, progressive training, dancers, acrobats, and tumblers develop the strength, confidence, body awareness, and technical precision needed to perform at their highest level while building a foundation for long-term success.Limited to 6 dancers per class to provide individualized coaching, personalized corrections, and a more focused training environment.
Radiate Academy
Radiate Academy is a unique component of our studio designed to develop confident, respectful, and well-rounded performers both on and off the stage. While technical training is essential, we believe exceptional dancers are built through more than just steps and skills. This weekly class focuses on the qualities that help dancers stand out as performers, teammates, and leaders. Through engaging discussions, activities, and hands-on learning experiences, dancers will develop skills in stage presence, performance quality, improvisation, professionalism, teamwork, leadership, goal setting, and competition readiness.
At Radiate, our goal is to cultivate performers who are not only technically strong, but who also demonstrate integrity, resilience, confidence, and a passion for lifelong learning. Radiate Academy provides students with the tools to thrive both in the studio and in all areas of life.

Private Performance Coaching
Whether you're mastering a new skill, preparing for an audition or competition, overcoming a plateau, or simply looking for individualized instruction, our private performance coaching provide focused coaching tailored to your goals. Available in dance, acrobatics, and tumbling, each session is designed to accelerate progress through personalized feedback, intentional skill development, and safe, evidence-based training. Led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy with extensive experience in dance and acrobatics instruction, our private lessons help students build confidence, refine technique, and reach their full potential—one step, skill, and success at a time.Personalized choreography sessions are also available for dance solo, duo, and trio routines as well as individual tumbling routines for competition.
Our Teams
Our Radiate Tumble Teams are designed for recreational athletes who love to showcase their strength, flexibility, and tumbling skills. These high-energy teams train 2-3 times each week, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and performance-ready routines. Team members perform throughout the community at local events and sporting events, gaining valuable performance experience while representing our studio. Each team participates in 3 community performances annually, in addition to performing in our year-end showcase.Teams are open to all genders and ages 5-18 years of age.
Tumble Teams
The Radiate Pom Teams are perfect for dancers who love high-energy, drill team–inspired choreography and thrive on entertaining a crowd. These athletes focus on precision, synchronization, sharp motions, and performance quality while developing strong teamwork and stage presence. Pom Team members have opportunities to at 2-3 performances alongside our Tumble Teams throughout the season. Teams also showcase their hard work and talent in our annual year-end showcase.
Teams are open to all genders and ages 7-18 years of age.

Competitive Company
Our Competitive Company Teams are designed for dedicated dancers who are passionate about performance, personal growth, and competitive dance. These talented performers represent our studio at dance competitions throughout the Midwest, where they have the opportunity to showcase their hard work, artistry, and technical skills.Company dancers participate in 2-4 competitions each season. In addition to large group performances, dancers may have opportunities to compete in small groups, duos/trios, and solo routines across a variety of dance styles.
Company Teams are open to all genders and ages 6 - 18 years of age
