Preschool Program
Little Lumineers (Ages 3 - 5)
Perfect for young movers with big imaginations, Little Lumineers introduces preschoolers to the joy of dance through music, storytelling, and imaginative play. Dancers will explore a variety of movement styles while developing coordination, balance, body awareness, creativity, and confidence in a fun, encouraging environment. By nurturing self-expression and a love for movement, Little Lumineers helps children build a strong foundation for future dance training while creating magical memories along the way.

Tiny Tumblers (Ages 3 - 5)
Our Tiny Tumblers class is the perfect introduction to movement for preschool-aged children! Through fun, age-appropriate activities, little ones will develop foundational tumbling skills, coordination, balance, strength, and body awareness in a safe, encouraging environment. With a focus on confidence, listening skills, and celebrating every success, Tiny Tumblers helps young athletes build a love for movement while creating the foundation for future dance, acrobatics, and tumbling training.

Ballet Program
Program Overview
Our Ballet Program is designed to develop strong technical foundations, artistic expression, discipline, and a lifelong appreciation for the art of ballet. Dancers progress through a carefully structured curriculum that emphasizes proper alignment, strength, flexibility, musicality, and performance quality. Each level builds upon the skills learned previously, allowing dancers to advance safely and confidently while developing the grace and technique that support success in all styles of dance. Generally Ages 7-10 years or for absolute beginners.
Ballet Foundations introduces young dancers to the fundamental principles of ballet in a fun and encouraging environment. Students will learn basic ballet positions, terminology, posture, balance, coordination, and musicality while developing classroom etiquette and confidence. This class focuses on creating a strong technical foundation through age-appropriate exercises and creative learning experiences.

Generally for ages 9 - 12 years. Must pass Ballet Foundations first to qualify or be in a Foundations + Progressions combo class.
Ballet Progressions builds upon foundational ballet skills while introducing more complex movement patterns and technical concepts. Dancers will continue developing strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and artistry through structured barre and center work. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, musicality, and movement quality as students prepare for more advanced ballet training.

Must be a minimum of 10 years of age. Instructor placement is required for this class. Pointe shoes are not required for this class.
Ballet Advanced Technique is designed for dedicated dancers seeking a higher level of ballet training, without progressing to en pointe. Classes focus on advanced technical development, artistry, performance quality, strength, flexibility, and movement refinement. Dancers will work on complex combinations, increased technical demands, and a deeper understanding of ballet principles while continuing to develop the discipline and work ethic required for advanced training.
Pre-Pointe is a specialized class designed to prepare dancers for the physical demands of pointe work. Students will focus on strengthening the feet, ankles, legs, core, and overall alignment while developing the technique, control, and body awareness necessary for safe progression to pointe shoes. Enrollment is based on instructor evaluation of technical readiness, strength, maturity, and commitment to ballet training.

Class durations vary depending on the level, but are generally anywhere between 60 - 90 minutes in length. These class run on a monthly tuition basis.
Jazz & Character Program
Program Overview
Our Jazz & Character Program is designed to develop strong technical foundations, performance skills, musicality, and confidence in a fun and energetic environment. Dancers will learn proper jazz technique while building strength, flexibility, coordination, and artistry. As students progress through each level, they will be challenged with increasingly complex movement, turns, jumps, and choreography while developing the performance quality and stage presence that make jazz dance so exciting.

Jazz & Character Foundations introduces young dancers to the exciting world of jazz dance through age-appropriate movement, music, and creative learning. Students will develop coordination, rhythm, flexibility, balance, and body awareness while learning basic jazz terminology and foundational technique. This class encourages confidence, self-expression, and a love for movement in a positive and supportive environment while developing classroom etiquette and confidence. This class focuses on creating a strong technical foundation through age-appropriate exercises and creative learning experiences.

Jazz & Character Progressions builds upon foundational jazz skills while introducing more challenging movement patterns, technique, and choreography. Dancers will continue developing strength, flexibility, coordination, musicality, and performance quality through structured warm-ups, across-the-floor progressions, and center combinations. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, movement quality, and growing confidence as dancers prepare for more advanced training.

Jazz & Character Advanced is designed for dedicated dancers seeking a higher level of technical training and performance development. Students will work on advanced jazz skills including complex turns, leaps, jumps, flexibility, strength, musicality, and dynamic movement quality. Classes emphasize technical precision, artistry, performance confidence, and versatility while preparing dancers for advanced choreography and performance opportunities.

Character is a form of storytelling in dance incorporating aspects of musical theater, cultural dances, and folk styles of dance, such as Spanish Flamenco and other types of ballroom dance. These classes combine jazz and musical theater type of styles in a modern way.
Lyrical & Contemporary Program
Program Overview
Our Lyrical & Contemporary Program encourages dancers to connect movement with emotion, storytelling, and artistic expression. Built upon a foundation of ballet and jazz technique, these classes help dancers develop fluidity, musicality, creativity, and performance quality while exploring movement that communicates meaning and emotion. Dancers will be challenged both technically and artistically as they learn to express themselves through movement in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Lyrical & Contemporary Foundations introduces dancers to the fundamental concepts of lyrical and contemporary movement. Students will explore musicality, emotional expression, fluid movement, and basic floor work while continuing to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. This class encourages creativity and confidence while building the technical foundation necessary for future growth in these styles.

Both have very similar basis of dance such as incorporating many styles of dance and using emotion and story telling throughout. Lyrical strictly interprets the literal words and mood of a song through fluid, graceful, and classic lines, while contemporary is more abstract, experimental, and grounded, using unpredictable rhythms, floor work, and raw edges.
Pom & Kickline Program
Program Overview
Bring the energy, spirit, and sparkle! Our Recreational Pom program combines the precision of dance with the excitement of pom to create a fun, upbeat class that keeps students moving and smiling. Dancers will build strong technique, sharp motions, coordination, flexibility, and performance skills while learning dynamic routines set to energetic music. Whether your child dreams of performing on the sidelines one day or simply loves to dance, Recreational Pom is a welcoming place to build confidence, make friends, and shine both on and off the floor.

Acrobatics & Tumbling Program

Our Acrobatics & Tumbling program is designed to help students safely build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through progressive, skill-based instruction. Whether your child is just learning the basics or working toward advanced tumbling skills, our classes emphasize proper technique, body awareness, and strong fundamentals every step of the way. In a fun, encouraging environment, students are challenged to reach new goals, celebrate every milestone, and develop a lifelong love of movement.

This class is for those that are completely new to tumbling and acrobatics.
Acrobatics & Tumbling Foundations is the perfect starting point for students beginning their acrobatics and tumbling journey or building a stronger technical base. Athletes will develop fundamental skills, strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness through safe, progressive instruction. With an emphasis on proper technique and confidence, students build the foundation needed for long-term success while celebrating every new achievement along the way.

Acrobatics & Tumbling Progressions is designed for students who have mastered foundational skills and are ready to safely advance to more challenging techniques. Through focused skill progressions and individualized coaching, athletes continue developing strength, power, flexibility, and control while refining technique and expanding their tumbling repertoire. Entry into this class requires successful completion of Foundations or a placement evaluation for new students.

Acrobatics & Tumbling Advanced is for dedicated athletes who are ready to refine advanced acrobatic and tumbling skills while continuing to build strength, precision, and consistency. Students are challenged through progressive training that emphasizes proper technique, body control, and confidence as they work toward mastering higher-level skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. Entry into this class requires successful completion of Progressions or a placement evaluation for new students.
